Booked a room with a king bed. Extra facilities such as a microwave oven, tea/coffee making equipment, and refrigerators were really useful.

A Decent Option but Not Too Cost-Effective
So, I checked in and the front desk lady was friendly! She even went out of her way to handle an access card issue I had like it was her own problem. I loved how clean the pool was, only a couple other folks around, felt safe for a swim after a long drive.
It wasn't exactly cheap, a bit concerning given the mixed experiences.

The breakfast was very good, the choices of foods varied each
Day. The breakfast area was well-maintained, and the staff were attentive. The room could have been cleaner, as I noticed some spots that needed attention. Our stay was pleasant despite the room cleanliness issue.

The facility was modern, the staff were friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was extensive; scrambled eggs, sausages, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt... And great coffee. I have traveled extensively and was very comfortable staying here.
There was nothing I would have changed about my stay. I will stay here again.

Enjoyable breakfast and a wide array of goodies. Reasonably large room with a king bed as expected. Great and convenient location of the hotel, near to the outlet shops which are worth a visit, Maine attractions, and Portland and downtown Freeport. Also, near everything.

We explored local shops and went hiking nearby. Breakfast was fantastic, and the beds were super cozy. The staff was friendly, and they even packed us a to-go breakfast since we had an early start. Perfect spot for a fun getaway!
One downside was the unpleasant smell when we first walked in. It really needs an update to improve the overall vibe.

The wifi was not free wanted me to pay 4.99/ day to use! The breakfast was very poor. No flavour or great amounts to pick from.

The Hampton Inn Freeport/Brunswick was beautifully decorated and very clean. I appreciated the easy access to the lobby and dining areas, comfortable and accommodating for seniors like myself. The staff's friendly demeanor.
Better lighting in the rooms would be appreciated.

From beginning to end the staff were wonderful, our room was always cleaned beautifully, and we were close to a grocery store, restaurants, and endless shopping. I have stayed at different places in Freeport, but always come back here. No other place I'd rather stay!!!!!
